About Us

Celebrate Lyfe was created to provide information on estate planning documents like wills, durable powers of attorney, and revocable living trusts. To understand what estate planning services you may need, you need to start with a basic knowledge of the probate system and today’s legal and tax environment. Our goal is to provide fundamental information so that you can make informed decisions regarding your own estate planning needs.

We conduct free seminars to educate the general public about tools and strategies that have been used by the wealthy for years. We inform our clients and seminar attendees of their rights, responsibilities and prepare them for the choices and life circumstances that will affect all of us at some point in our lives. We mostly educate everyone that a complete trust should protect you during your lifetime as well as preserve your assets after your life.

Many estate planning professionals make it a point to educate their prospective clients about the fundamentals of estate planning. This is true whether or not the prospective clients already have an estate plan, because often times even people who already have an estate plan have no idea what it says or means. It is our philosophy that education is essential because it takes the complex process of estate planning and breaks it down into smaller and easier to understand parts.

Once you understand one part, you can move on to the next and the next until all of the sudden everything becomes crystal clear. You will then realize that estate planning isn't simply about signing a bunch of legal documents that get spit out of a computer - instead, it's about making informed decisions that lead to the creation of legal documents that put your wishes, goals and final instructions in writing, resulting in the one basic thing that estate planning is really all about - creating peace of mind for you and your loved ones.

Estate planning is the systematic approach to getting your personal and financial affairs in order in the event you become mentally incapacitated or die. The basic legal document necessary to plan for death is a Last Will and Testament, which contains a written set of instructions to your loved ones as to how you want your estate to be distributed after your death. But to truly protect yourself, you need much more than a Will to manage your estate.

We provide our clients with quality estate planning services at affordable prices. A revocable living trust is usually the foundation of most estate planning, but a complete estate plan also needs to include pour-over wills, durable powers of attorney, advanced health care directives, and other related documents depending on your needs, desires, and specific family situation. Many people put off doing estate planning because they think it might be too expensive. Some lawyers have a reputation for being “high priced.” We understand that and we want to be different. Most of our fees are based on flat rate pricing from simple one-page documents to the traditional estate planning packages. We offer discounts for many organizations including AARP (American Association of Retired Persons) and DAV (Disabled American Veterans) members.

If you have been lucky enough to work with an estate planning professional who believes in educating clients about the estate planning process then you'll already have a good grasp of the concepts discussed with us If not, then read on, call us or attend one of our seminars in estate planning.
