If you plan to host an onsite flu shot clinic for your employees and would like to get as many employees out as possible, we strongly recommend coordinating the flu shots in conjunction with the health fair. Not only at the same time, but we also recommend at the same office location. By planning your events this way, you will see an increase in the amount of employees that receive flu shots due to attending the health fair. The majority of flu shot providers accept walk-ins. All the employees will need is to bring their insurance cards. Spouses can also receive their shot if they bring their insurance card as well.
