SCREENING DESCRIPTION

Services offered throughout all of California.
Provide a phone or Zoom call to discuss a families current circumstances in a private and confidential meeting, without disclosing of any sensitive information, and provide areas of potential risk, opportunities for protection and various avenues of completing the tasks to protect a family. Topics discussed will be health care decisions, financial and tax consequences, inheritance, protecting disabled loved ones, caring for the elderly, addressing minor children, and addressing blended family situations as it pertains to assets and heirs or dissolvement of marriage.
