Lisa embarked on her wellness journey several years ago after suffering from typical middle age ailments. Shingles was her last straw and she started to dig a little deeper. Although Lisa has always been a bit of a “tree-hugger” she had many more toxins to dump. She is a reformed candle freak and now exclusively uses Young Living Essential oils to cultivate a zen atmosphere in her sacred space!
