I'm Liz Covington and the founder of The Vital Roots. I'm a Registered Nurse by training but have been in healthcare in many different capacities ranging from direct patient care, training, consulting and technology. I have been able to see the shift of healthcare - from a fee based model to a value based model. Meaning, people want to be healthy. Providers and healthcare facilities want people to be healthy. And they are being rewarded to help improve this.
My goal is to empower people and their families to achieve self-directed, holistic healthcare. I've helped hundreds of people regain their health and thrive through a natural and holistic approach. Suffering health issues myself and reversing them with diet, supplements, essential oils, chiropractor, yoga, etc. I strive to guide others to success as well.
Educating the community is a passion of mine. I offer Corporate Wellness Programs, lunch and learns, one on one Wellness Consult and private classes. My guided approach ensures each person knows exactly how to use their products while we develop a 30, 60 and 90 day plan to achieve their specific health and wellness goals.

I also offer education for employees through Corporate Wellness Programs, conduct one on one Wellness Consults to identify health goals and develop plans for success.
