My Wealth in Health offers integrative health coaching, Reiki, and personalized aromatherapy to help you find self-care that's meaningful to you. My personal experience with various health issues led me to adopt an integrative health lifestyle that helps me significantly. This experience combined with my science education and clinical research career allow me to help clients become aware of conventional and complementary options for creating a healthy lifestyle and motivate them to sustain that lifestyle. By having that knowledge and support, my clients will be empowered to build a well-rounded health plan that meets their needs.
