Good Morning, I apologize that you felt we did not arrive in a timely manner. We arrived 1 hour prior to the start time of the event, and I apologize if you had asked us to arrive sooner. My team and I had a raffle that day but when asked where the raffle prizes went they were told there was not a raffle. We do a free giveaway at our table so I apologize if that was not clear at the event. Thank you for having us at this event and we look forward to being invited back for other events.
