<p>Ladies Fitness &amp; Wellness is dedicated in providing a welcoming environment for women of all ages, shapes, and sizes. Our goal is to create an inviting atmosphere where members feel comfortable pursuing their fitness goals. LFW is a place where women can enjoy the support and interaction of other women while working together to be the best that they can be!</p><p>Serving the community since 1986<strong>, effective February, 2015 our home is 6516 Falls of Neuse Road</strong>&nbsp;just 1.3 miles south of our prior Exposition Pl. location (the prior Blaze Fit Studio space located across the street from Winstons and Fresh Market and immediately to the right of DS Parada salon). Our focus will be on group fitness and small group/personal training.</p><p>Watch for emails and Facebook posts for upcoming information on some new exciting classes, workshops, and membership options.
