All of our clinicians are master's level licensed therapist with have over 10 years of therapeutic experience. We utilize the most effective evidenced based theoretical models such as Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Solution Focused therapy, Mindfulness, Schema Therapy, Trauma Focused Therapy or Christian based Spirituality to ensure that our clients get the best mental health care they can find. We also will provide Tele-Mental Health for those individuals who can't make it into an office setting.
