GGIW is yoga, movement & wellness studio located in Lomita, California offering 20 weekly classes. We offer authentic practice in such styles as Intro to Yoga Basics, Hatha, Therapeutic, Flow, Restorative, Yin w/ Soundbath, Mat Pilates, Strength, Agility & Balance, and more, with certified professional encouraging teachers. We also pride ourselves on our diverse variety of wellness workshops and events. Arrive through our inviting garden entrance after parking in our ample parking lot, visit our welcoming reading room, empowering creativity table, relaxing reiki room, enjoy refreshments before or after taking class on our large practice area with comfortable temperature and soft inviting floor. GGIW yoga provides all supplies for your practice (mats, blocks, bolsters, straps and blankets). All you need is you! Arrive early, stay late and leave a little better than you arrived.
