A calorie and fat burning burst to increase stamina. Next is a strength segment that will challenge every muscle of your body in a harmonious fashion. A potent and intense blast to increase muscle strength and resilience to injury. The last segment is a power yoga flow that combines dynamic breathing with flowing movement. Endure-strength-flow is the ultimate in connecting mind and body as it requires recruitment of all muscles in a methodical method. Rachel Shipulski is the owner & creator of endure-strength-flow, fitness trainer and consultant... My passion is to create positive change through movement. I truly believe that you must embrace and practice all aspects of fitness & wellness for mental clarity, empowerment and to be resilient from injury. Qualifications and certifications include – 20 plus years as a fitness trainer, 4 plus years as a program director/training and service coordinator - creating multi facility class formats while providing education and mentorship to new trainers, AFAA, Yoga Fit (teaching and practicing – 10 plus years), Vintage and Kettlebell Strength, Suspension/Elevation, Battle Rope Training, American Red Cross CPR.
