Rachel and Bite are two of Milford's hidden gems. Teaching us to eat well one delicious dish at a time!

Unfortunately/fortunately(?) Rachel was unable to stay with a booth at the fair because Bite is so busy, but she was able to provide everyone with some delicious healthy food. The secret is out about Bite's wonderful food! We had small bites (small portions) of several of their menu options and everyone was delighted. It's not your run of the mill salads and vegetarian burgers.
