We provide educational materials and a basic heart disease risk assessment which can help adults learn their risk for heart disease and how to win the fight against our #1 killer. Through this assessment, we can also identify those who may benefit from advance screenings like Coronary Artery Calcium Scan which is the most effective way of detecting heart disease at its earliest stages. Heart health coaching at our booth includes information about nutrition, fitness, prevention and risk management for adults and their families. Sheila Caldwell, heart attack survivor and Founder of The Heart2Heart Foundation, is also a Certified Health Coach and is a sought-after speaker for conferences, workshops and health events.
