Vendor was supposed to bring a large row to display to the employees; however, since their documentation wasn't approved for building security we were unable to accommodate. This may have allowed for more engagement from employees. Overall, they were very friendly, arrived on time, and employees had the opportunity to meet a local fitness facility that was not a typical gym.
