Many people are dealing with Chronic Pain in their lives silently, whether it's Physical or Emotionally. I provide affordable workshops to help clients learn to live each day intentionally with hope and success. I work with clients on learning who they are and how this plays into daily living. Chronic pain and Depression have played a huge roll in addiction and suicide. Our goals are to help through the process of seeing life in a better place which in turns improves job performance and mental outlook, fewer absences and overall this client gains back control of their lives. We have one on one appointments via online and workshops
