Last year we were asked for a provider that focused on bone health to be a vendor and we were pleased to have OsteoStrong participate. Unfortunately, we did hear some complaints of multiple outreach calls/text messages and we hope that was only a one-time situation. Overall, they were friendly and excited to be there. Since they attended our event in another location, we were happy to have them attend this one. Here was a comment from one of our employees - "The OsteoStrong was good but needed to have clean supplies for our bare feet since we stepped on some sort of scale; also they need to inform us more as what they are processing when they tell us to close our eyes. The information on the screen gauge was not explained thoroughly enough and confused me even more. I felt that the young man onsite was not quite experienced enough to engage on a 1 to 1 ratio, he appeared to me to be more of a 'Techy' guy and not comfortable on this end."
