We are a group of Registered Dietitians with over 20 years of experience each. We offer both traditional nutrition counseling and genetics-based nutrition counseling, and have expertise in many areas such as weight loss, management of autoimmune disorders, and sports nutrition. Our clients can have their DNA tested for genes that are related to diet, fitness, and general health allowing us to give them completely personalized nutrition and exercise recommendations. All of our services and counseling are online or over the phone, so no travel is required, and we can work with clients anywhere in the US.
