Work-life balance is not just about flexible work schedules and casual dress days. Some people lack the tools and skills to be able to achieve balance. Mindfulness will benefit your workplace by reducing absenteeism, increasing staff retention, and creating a positive working environment. The program will also help to reduce stress and anxiety as well as create greater well-being and resilience. Mindfulness will enhance employee performance, teamwork, communication, and compassion; it will also increase efficiency, decision-making skills, originality, and creative thinking. Take advantage of our Mindful Organization Program and we will come to you and teach our 8 week course on Mindfulness in the business sector. The course is 8 x 1 ½ to 2 hour Mindfulness lessons delivered to your employees once a week. Your employees will also have access to our online website with research articles, guided meditations, and lesson overviews along with 10 weeks of ongoing email communication to support your staffs’ practice. Everything needed for the program is provided by NGMP.
