Why Us?

National Ovarian Cancer Coalition (NOCC) began in 1991, starting as a grassroots organization founded by passionate ovarian cancer advocates and Survivors. Over the past thirteen years, the Austin Chapter of NOCC has honored our history and provided programming services to meet the needs of those affected by ovarian cancer through our four program pillars that drive our initiatives and organize our work each day. Our pillars include Earlier Awareness and Education, Community Outreach, Quality of Life, and Research. Our mission is to save lives through the prevention and cure of ovarian cancer and to improve the quality of life for Survivors and their Caregivers.
