“Lean Into Wellness” is a health coaching practice created by Certified Health Coach, Murrellisa McLean. As an MPH, I have acquired an advanced knowledge of population health which I leverage to empower and target the needs of adolescent care givers, adults and seniors through engagement in interactive disease prevention education.
