As a Habit Change coach, I help individuals improve their quality-of-life around 8 lifestyle areas-- Exercise, Nutrition, Sleep, Spirituality, Friendship, Learning, Resilience and Simplicity--that are integral to health and well-being. Mindfulness is at the core of the habit change model. I completed 125 coach training hours with a program that is accredited with the International Coaching Federation at the Professional Coaching Certification level. I possess a master’s degree in leadership development and have decades of leadership experience in the non-profit sector. Coaching individuals on self-leadership and habit change results in them greeting professional and personal challenges with confidence and grace.
