In the past, they brought the inbody assessment; however, I was told that since they recently did a challenge that they didn't think it was necessary. This added to the low rating and lack of interaction with the employees. Overall, they arrived on time and employees had the opportunity to meet a local workout facility and sign up for a free trial. We hope this would be a learning opportunity for future events at this location.

There were several reps that attended and were able to engage with employees by providing an analysis of the inbody assessment and signed employees for a free trial. They also had a separate raffle at their table outside from the one we were managing which drove more employees to them.

21 out of the 157 employees that attended rated this vendor 3.73/5. We have invited Equinox at our previous health fairs and since we partner with them all year long, it was nice to have them attend. Unfortunately, the offerings that were indicated when originally registered didn't happen at the time of the event. For example, they were supposed to bring an in-body scale and provide employees with a print out of their assessment with an overview of the results by a personal trainer. The only offering was the option to sign up for a 3 day trial. In addition, they did not bring their raffle prize to the event even though we sent a reminder of this a few days prior to the event. We had to ask for it after the event and it was sent by email so that we could forward to the winner. I was a bit disappointed this year since we had turned away other fitness facilities so that we could accommodate Equinox at our event this year. We hope this feedback will help them be more prepared for our next event.
