 Launch Your Event

Without your event, there's nothing to promote. Every area works the same way. One company helps to start the area, and then every company benefits as the vendor database grows near that zip code. It's HR managers helping other HR managers. When you launch your event, our Vendor Team will have something to promote to local vendors. Expect HFC to drive 20 to 50 vendors to your event within 15 days depending on the area (rural vs. metro).

 Scope Area For Vendors

HFC's vendor team will scope your area for vendors across many different categories. For example, we'll look for chiropractors who do free massages, fresh juice companies that will bring samples, and optometrists who do eye exams -- we focus on highly interactive vendors. As soon as you know the date, time, and venue of the health fair, post the flyers in high volume foot traffic areas such as bathrooms, break rooms, cafeteria, elevators, etc.
