I have a question about the companies insurance

I have a question about the companies insurance... How do I find out the answer to my question??
As you can see above, the insurance information provided by the host is listed on the event page for that particular health fair.
And if you're a medical, dental, vision provider (or any other provider that would usually accept insurance), you need to be in network (or at least accept) the hosting company's insurance.
So, this wouldn't apply to the yoga studios, gyms, etc..
Usually, the insurance information provided by the host is not going to have policy specifics.
And as a vendor, we understand you might want/need more details on their coverage.
However, to message the host with your insurance questions, you’ll first need to get on the list of interested vendors for that particular health fair.
Once the host (aka HR team) reviews and selects you to attend, you’ll be able to message the host your insurance question.
And remember, if you find out that you're not able to work with their insurance coverage, you're able to back out of the health fair from your dashboard (and will be refunded immediately if you had a premium ad).
Here's what it looks like to message the host:
As you can see, the message feature inside your dashboard is used to manage your conversations with the host. -
So, to clarify one last time, the messaging feature becomes available only if you're accepted into the health fair.
Or, the host opens up communication with you first.
Below are the most common insurance questions asked by vendors:
- Does the company have acupuncture coverage?
- Does the company have chiropractic coverage?
- What specific dental policy does the company have?
- Does the company have out-of-network benefits?
We'll try to get this information up front, but it comes down to what the host wants to have displayed on their event page.
Thanks again for reading, and we hope this helps!
