Health Fair Parking Instructions - will I get them?
Hopefully, yes!
We email the host five days, then 3 days before the health fair asking them to send out parking instructions to their registered vendors.
We make the process very easy for the host in their dashboard.
They can message all registered vendors for their health fair at once and will receive responses in case you send back a question.
Please do not take advantage of the open line of communication, and unnecessarily message the host, as you'll be flagged.
If you don't receive parking instructions, show up at the address (provided on the health fair page and reminder emails) and go to the main entrance.
A lot of the times, it's a pretty simple process when you arrive, so use a little common sense :)
Keep in mind that all health fairs are different.
If you're afraid of missing the parking instructions, add announcements@healthfairconnections.com and vendors@healthfairconnections.com to your email contacts (you should do this anyway).
To summarize:
If there are any parking instructions, you will receive a message from the host company informing you of any specific parking or entry instructions.
If you do not receive these instructions, it is safe to assume that parking and check-in will not be an issue and entry is directly through the main entrance.
And remember...
Whether you receive parking instructions or not, you will receive a reminder email from our system asking you to click a confirmation button.
Clicking this button confirms to the host company that you have received the reminder and will be attending.
It’s HIGHLY important you click the re-confirm button to not cause stress for the host
If you don't click and end up not attending, you'll be flagged and counted as a no-show. It will show up on your profile.
