I can't login / I forgot my password

Every now and then, your browser might log you out of HFC, and you might not be able to recall your password to get back in.
No worries! It happens.
And it's an easy fix.
So, if you did forget your password, use this link to get back on track: https://app.healthfairconnections.com/users/password/new

Once you click the link above, it will take you to a page to enter the email address you used to create your vendor profile for HFC. The next step is to click "send me the reset password instructions", and you'll be emailed a link to reset your password.
If you'd like to update or change your password, go through the same process.

If you're 100% positive that you have the right password, make sure you're using the correct email address.
Also, make sure you're not using an outdated version of Internet Explorer.
