Planning Multiple Health Fairs? It's Easier Than Ever Before

It might seem overwhelming or too time-consuming to plan multiple health fairs at multiple locations across the country. And if you tried to do it the old-fashion way, it very well can be.

Good news: going the old-fashion route or paying a third-party is no longer needed to plan multiple health fairs.

If you planned on asking your benefits broker to plan your events, you'll want them to use what I'm about to show you.

Now, you can use Health Fair Connections'(HFC) platform, which has made it super easy to plan health fairs, nationwide. HR and benefits pros can now feel confident when it comes time to service their multiple locations.

Enough with the intro, let me show you the light...

HFC Makes It A Breeze To Manage Them All

Highwoods Properties (their events dash pictured above) is a group that uses our system for nine of their locations across the US.

Corporate HR is able to set up all nine health fair dashboards and then invite their HR contacts at each particular location. HFC's platform makes it so stress-free and simple on the Highwoods' corporate team to be kept in the loop for all events, yet be able to hand off the vendor-selection process and planning to each location's HR contact. Corporate HR is able to track all of the health fairs while their onsite contacts only have access to their own location.

"Invites" Section: List A Health Fair And Hand It Off (while kept in the loop)

As you can see in the screenshot above, the "Invites" section in your dashboard is where you can share your dashboard with your team members, benefits broker, and your on-site HR contacts at each of your locations, nationwide.

You copy/paste their email address and click "send out invites." They receive an email with a link - create a profile (takes 10 secs) and voila - they have access to the health fair dashboard for the particular event.

Meaning, you can set up their dashboard and hand it off to your contact at that particular location while still being kept in the loop.
