WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
Our experienced Chiropractors will provide a class setting to teach warm up and cool down exercises specific to your sport, and the muscles being used in the actions for your sport. After the initial conversation and demonstration our doctor will individually evaluate form to ensure the exercises are being performed properly.
For example we have met with golfers and worked with them on their swing, plus warm up and cool down exercises to loosen and strengthen the muscles they use in their sport. We have gone to dance studios and evaluated their dancers' foot strength for pointe shoes, and given strengthening exercises and mobility exercises to assist in the roll up onto the toe for pointe, as well as meeting with gym classes to discuss how to properly foam roll. We are always available to perform Active Release Technique.
