WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

Find out how proton therapy works in a virtual tour of the UF Health Proton Therapy Institute and a discussion and Q&A about who can benefit from this technology. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn how this targeted form of radiation therapy works and the benefits of proton therapy in treating different types of cancers. We will give an update on this cutting edge technology and the research that we are doing to continually improve outcomes for cancer patients.
