WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

Join me in this interactive lunch and learn.  As we all have a good time compiling salads in a mason jar for lunches we will discuss good nutrition, making healthy choices and making it simple by learning how to properly prep for success.  
There are 2 options:  
Option 1: Participants pay $8.00 for each jar and I supply the salad options
Option 2: Participants pay $0.00. I supply the lettuce and jars. I provide a list of options. Each participant picks from the list and brings 2 salad toppings and everyone builds salads for 2 mason jar. This option does require someone on site managing the list to prevent duplication of items. Yet is the most fun.
