WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

We have been providing lunch talks all over the Valley for several years now!  One of our most popular talks is Perfect Posture which of course is always the ultimate goal when working at a desk all day!  During this talk you will learn a series of stretches and exercises to perform throughout the day to keep your posture in tip top shape!  Some of our other talks include Couch to 5K, Good Form Running, Sleep Seminar, Desk Diets, Fad Diets, and Eating for Exercise.
