WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

We have had enormous success partnering with a handful of companies both on and off site. The workout consists of boxing technique and movement which is learned through great conditions drills. The punching piece of our workout will be done on portable heavy bags as well as with our trainers holding focus mitts. We have our Title  truck to bring whatever is needed based on the space and number of employees.
