Our bodies function most efficiently within a delicate balance of sex and stress hormones. In our culture, we live in the midst of many environmental factors which are know to throw this balance off, resulting in all of those unpleasant PMS and menopausal symptoms with which we are all too familiar.In our Luncheon Learn, we go over key hormone imbalances that will shed light on how women are especially vulnerable to mood, energy, weight and sleep issues. We also cover safety and how our program compares with traditional hormone replacement therapy and bio-identical hormone therapy.
