WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

Education is the first step in transforming employee behavior.  By educating employees on the choices they are making and the direction those choices lead, we are able to help employees reach a higher level of health, wellness, and fitness.  This creates an environment which reduces accidents, injuries, sick days, unproductive behaviors, and reduces overall employee costs.
