This healthy breakfast session teaches powerful tools to start each day with maximum energy, focus, and mental readiness. Drawing on methods from integrative nutrition and mind-body psychology, the session will cover the following areas:

- Increasing Grit and Resilience through Lifestyle Choices
- Exercises for Focus and Mental Preparedness
BACKGROUND
