WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

This class is a beginners guide to using essential oils. We will discuss how to use the oils aromatically, topically and internally to help with many different health concerns.  From headaches to stress management we will cover several ways to utilize the oils for common everyday ailments.  You will learn a natural chemical free approach to heath and wellness.
