WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

We do FREE wellness talks to the community, corporate and local businesses. The talk is about what health really is. Anyone can feel or look great/healthy, but does that REALLY mean someone is truly healthy? Presenteeism or working while sick can cause productivity loss, poor health, exhaustion and workplace epidemics. We have found that by giving a talk at corporate offices and local businesses, people tend to stop practicing absenteeisim and presenteeism.

We like to give back by providing a free healthy meal along with a talk by one of our wellness doctors. The talk lasts anywhere from 15-60 minutes (this depends on the amount of questions and topic you choose).
