WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
45 minute session combining lecture and activity presented by Body & Brain Yoga Tai Chi. Session addresses the effects of stress on health and what actions attendees can take to decrease stress and improve their health and well-being. Focus is on developing our own natural healing capability through breathing, emotional balance, and mindfulness. Can also be online.
