More than 80% of Americans admit that they suffer from stress badly enough that it affects their work and daily life.Learn how your parasympathetic and Sympathetic nervous system play into the three different types of stresses that you may be experiencing. Learn how your particular career field adds to your daily stress and ways that you can prevent or lower the amount of stress that you are experiencing.
We offer a ten minute talk that works great before a meeting where we can give a couple of great 'gems' that your staff can implement right away. We are in and out of your office lickity split!
Our other option is the traditional lunch learn and usually lasts 30 to 40 minutes and can include a formal presentation with slides. We provide a light, healthy lunch and delve deeper into the topic of stress and ways to better manage and reduce your stress symptoms.
