WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

Our presentation covers information on sleep health and how to get a better night's sleep through proper positioning. We show the alignment of the spine on a flatbed versus an adjustable bed to illustrate the importance of proper positioning. We also educate attendees on how an adjustable sleep system can help alleviate symptoms related to dozens of medical issues, including diabetes, neuropathy, sleep apnea, and chronic pain.
