SCREENING DESCRIPTION
Restoration Dallas Chiropractic is on a mission to educate the public about Spinal Health. Screenings are an invaluable way to promote health among your group by illustrating spinal health issues using a state-of-the-art MyoVision scanning device developed by NASA.
This device measures the amount of electrical activity your muscles release when they are contracting, more commonly known as muscle tension. This specific tension is often due to nerve irritation or pressure along the spine. This test is similar to an EKG which measures heart muscle activity.
The process is simple. The person receiving the scan fills out a short "Stress Survey". The MyoVision Exam only takes about two minutes to perform. Each screened individual will receive an explanation of the results of their sEMG.
Dr. Miller discusses the findings of the scan in relation to any health issues or symptoms the person has been experiencing. Often times, people are amazed that such a simple exam can visualize their symptoms so accurately.
