10-minute private sessions will provide a quick review of nutritional issues and concerns. Employees will be provided with suggestions and handouts to start wellness journey.
SCREENING DESCRIPTION
ONE-ON-ONE MINI NUTRITION COUNSELINGIn 10 minute sessions, medical nutrition history is reviewed and assessed by a Registered Dietitian to assess for lifestyle disease risks. Service is provided onsite at the worksite. Prior sign-up for appointments reserve their appointments. These one-on-ones can be scheduled bi-monthly at the worksite all year long. Time at the site: 4 hours. Maximum employees per hour: 5-6. Price may be adjustable dependent on situation. Employees are provided the appropriate handouts and information to reinforce new knowledge.
