SCREENING DESCRIPTION

Our professional staff provides examinations, education, and prescription assistance to those who are battling asthma, COPD, or other lung and breathing issues.  Patients must meet income qualifications.  We serve the residents of Franklin County and we are a 100% free clinic with no co-pays.
