SCREENING DESCRIPTION

Promote a company culture that values employee self-care and health prevention!  This wellness screening is an in-depth approach to your employees preventative health.  An on-site blood  draw will test for cholesterol, iron, hormones, metabolic enzymes, vitamin D3 (optional add-on, an additional $40) which is performed at the time of the health fair.   A follow-up on-site review is conducted 1 week after the health fair to review all the laboratory results, along with individualized health plans that include nutrition, dietary and lifestyle modifications to promote health and physician grade supplement prescriptions specific to the patients health profile.

Laboratory testing is run through the employees insurance, all appointments are paid for by the employee or employer at the time of service.    

All appointments and procedures are conducted by Dr. Suzanne McMurry, a licensed naturopathic doctor.  For those employees who work remotely or are unable to attend the follow-up, Dr. McMurry offers telemedicine options for convenient care wherever your employee maybe.
