This package includes an on-site blood draw and initial medical screening at the time of the health fair (15 minutes), testing for 96 food sensitivities, and a 30 minute on-site review once the results are received.
SCREENING DESCRIPTION
These procedures are all conducted at the convenience of the employees workplace. Cultivate a culture that promotes self-care and empowers employees to take charge of their health. By learning how food is affecting their health, employees are taking a HUGE step towards preventative health! All procedures and appointments are conducted by Dr. Suzanne McMurry, a licensed naturopathic doctor.Dr. McMurry offers telemedicine options for those employees who work remotely or are unable to attend their follow-up food sensitivity review.
