Here’s how your body works. Everything in your body is controlled by your brain with nerves that pass between the bones of your spine. When a bone is misaligned it interferes with your nerves and causes your body not to work right. We call this a subluxation. When you have a subluxation, your posture is affected.

Postural compensations are not normal, and may be an indication of subluxation, which is damaging your nervous system.
