Enjoy a brief 15 minute health and wellness presentation and complimentary lunch on us.

How it works is, we bring lunch right to your office for you and your community.  It won’t just benefit you, it will benefit your community! We do a brief 15 minute health and wellness talk and then we leave you to enjoy your complimentary lunch. This is just one way we are trying to fulfill our mission to promote health and wellness here in the community. We typically do the lunches Mondays and Wednesdays at 12:30pm.
