SCREENING DESCRIPTION

 The Initial Assessment provides you, and GYMGUYZ, the opportunity to learn more about each other.  During this time, a certified GYMGUYZ representation will review your medical history, conduct a nutrition assessment, learn more about your health & fitness goals as well as conduct a body assessment and a fitness assessment.
