SCREENING DESCRIPTION
Each employee will receive a 15-20 minute thorough ergonomic evaluation from a licensed Chiropractor from Peninsula Wellness Centre. This Evaluation includes a full medical history, chief complaint history (If needed), and an assessment of the employee's work station and work habits. After a thorough evaluation, the doctor then creates a plan with the employee to address these underlying issues to permanently eliminate and improve their work environment and productivity.A full-report is generated to the company, this includes suggestions based on the individual assessments on what needs to be addressed and fixed. A follow-up with employees that were evaluated is included 30-days after the initial ergonomic evaluation.
