SCREENING DESCRIPTION

Every employee has specific physical aggravating, and alleviating postures/ movements.  Ergonomic companies and in-house ergonomic specialists are limited to prescribing changes that follow a standard form rather than addressing the personal needs of each employee.
A Workplace Health Optimization Screening (Ergonomic Assessment) will identify what positions/ movements increase the employees symptoms, and will choose the specific OSHA recommendations as appropriate.
